Travel Stories & Guide

If you live in America and want to travel but don’t know where, why not visit a theme park? They are fun irrespective of your age; you get fantastic food there and can even go on rides. This is the making of a perfect vacation, if you ask me.

Walt Disney World.

The “happiest place on Earth” is on all lists for theme parks for a reason; who doesn’t want to meet Mickey or your favorite Disney princess? If you are a kid at heart or have kids of your own, this trip will definitely please everyone. Located in Florida, this destination is fantastic as the weather is always sunny and is known to bring joy to even the grumpiest person. If you are planning this trip, I would advise you to go there in 2022, so that you can enjoy the park’s 50th anniversary. Now let’s get to the reason why we visit Disney World – its amazing food and rides. My favorite rides are Splash Mountain and Under the Sea because I am a massive Little Mermaid fan, and Ursula is my favorite Disney villain. If you ever wanted to try the food in Disney movies, guess what, you can do that there and believe me, it is all DELICIOUS. If you ever find yourself in the Magic Kingdom, try the churros or if you are an adult, try Spiked Dole Whip from Tamu Tamu Refreshments. Of course, drink responsibly and only drink if you are above 21. The food is one of the main attractions, but the rides are a plus.

Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Night

Get ready for Spooky season because Halloween is around the corner. If you are a horror buff like me, you will love Universal Orlando during its Halloween celebration. This has been ongoing for the past 30 years and is a beloved theme park for thrill-seekers who love horror. The whole park is a scare zone during this period. You can even see your favorite serial killers, from Micheal Myers and Freddy Kruger to Jason Voorhees or Leatherface, looming around and jump-scaring people. For the braver adventurers, I would recommend the haunted houses, which are the silent killers of these parks; you will be stalked, frightened and chased there, so beware of that. As a massive horror fan who watches horror movies alone at night( psychotic right), I can’t help but recommend this adventure park. It is worth all the hype and deserves all the attention. Be sure to grab your ticket soon because this event runs on selected nights from September 3rd to October 31st.

Six Flags

Another fan favorite theme park is Six Flags, with 27 franchised parks across the United States. Do you love roller coasters and insane loops? Then do yourself a favor and visit Six Flags. If you are a big DC aficionado, then you should definitely visit Justice League: Battle for Metropolis, which can be found in several of the parks across the country. The ride starts with the Hall of Justice and your journey through Metropolis, where you end your ride in the Subway after finally capturing the villains after a long-winded chase. Get ready for this fun 3D adventure, where you can shoot digital targets alongside your favorites like Superman, Wonder Woman or even Batman. If your sole purpose for visiting theme parks is for their food, Six Flags got you covered. They have a variety of food that changes according to the seasons and the current theme of the rides. Be sure to taste the popcorn at Munchopolis Snack, where you can even take a selfie with the statues of your favorite heroes.

Sound off in the comment below if you are going to visit any of these theme parks soon.
