This is a soup prepared with crayfish, the main ingredient. It can also include shrimp, onions, potatoes, spices, butter, and tomatoes. Before serving, it is mixed with cream or milk.

The Peruvian drinks are diversified. On the one hand, there are non-alcoholic drinks like the Inca kola. It is the equivalent of coca-cola in the United States. It has a taste identical to chewing gum. That’s why it’s a very popular drink with children.
